The more we get to know Mrs. Hale, the easier it is to fall in love with her. Its becomes very apparent where Claire gets her strength and tenacity from. Nowhere do we see a better display of Elizabeths awesomeness than her confrontation with Frank. Theres obviously no love lost between these two and they dont even try to hide their disdain for one another. But Elizabeth holds her own against the President which is not something that can be said of too many characters on the show. She even delivers a line that seems to hit Frank right where it hurst, telling him, Not even being president could give you any class. Ouch!
