In a show called How I Met Your Mother, who else could possibly take the top spot on a list like this? The entire show leads up to this character's introduction, and she does not disappoint.

Ted's wife is a perfect match for him. This becomes clear even before the two share a scene. Throughout the ninth season, the Mother meets and befriends every member of the gang. Then, finally, she meets Ted in the series finale, and the two fall in love.

Cristin Milioti of Made for Love fame does such a great job with the role that the character's untimely death upset many fans. They wanted as much time with her as possible, and with her charm, singing voice, and perfect chemistry with Ted, it's easy to see why.
