Jon Snow is dead. Whether you like it or not, Jon Snow is dead. There's virtually no chance he's going to stay that way, but as things stand, he's finished. Fun was never his strong point, nor was enjoyment, or even just general happiness. Jon preferred wallowing in a sombre silence, standing shadily, hoping L'Oreal would come along and snap him up to try their latest tangle-free hair product. Jon was the rightful, best man for the job as Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, but his willingness to help EVERYONE didn't fly with Alliser Thorne & Co. who swiftly put an end to him, and obliterated the internet back in the real world. If Jon really is dead, not only would it be the greatest shock of all time, but it'd be the biggest anti-climax to a character's arc in history. There's so much to learn about his parents, and the North needs a new hero. Thankfully, the odds of a comeback in Season 6 are being slashed all the time, but until then, we can only hold our breaths.
