It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia - 10 Funniest Dennis Reynolds Moments
8. The Daiquiri Man
This one is a hard watch.
Season eleven ends on a two-part episode, aptly named The Gang Goes to Hell. Mac, struggling with his sexuality, renews his faith by vacationing on a Christian cruise. He brings the gang along, in the hope of helping them welcome God into their lives and reset their values. It's a dry cruise, after all.
Good luck with that.
Throughout the first episode, Dennis is taken by a pretty blonde girl, who possibly could be underage. The creepiest part of the whole ordeal is that whilst she goes about her business with her friends, Dennis is adamant she is is trying to temp him with her womanly ways. During the evening's entertainment, Dennis sends a virgin daiquiri her way.
Then he makes his move. Trapping her in a corridor amongst the labyrinth of the ship, all of Dennis's charm goes out of the window and from the moment he blocks her path, her discomfort is clear. The fact that he had even swiped her ID to check her age is even creepier.
Offset against the flashes of lightening, this uneasy scene is incredible based purely on the amazing performance of Glenn Howerton. The undertones may be dark, but there is no denying his delivery is hilarious, nigh on genius.
