3. Paddy's Gets Destroyed
It is a miracle that Paddy's Pub has managed to stay intact throughout this show's fourteen season run. Its owners - except for maybe Charlie - have put zero effort into maintaining it, and it has been subject to disaster after disaster. At some point, the luck that seems to be keeping the place afloat is going to implode, and what will happen when it does?
Seeing how the gang respond to the place either burning down or getting demolished would be incredibly entertaining. Although it would have to be a temporary issue - as Always Sunny without Paddy's would be devoid of soul - there is such potential in seeing how they all live without the bar.
Ultimately, they could easily use Frank's fortune to re-build, but it would mean that for a spell of time, they'd have to fend for themselves and find something else to do. Without Paddy's Charlie would likely struggle, as his janitor work seems to give him purpose. Dennis and Dee would likely try to reinvent themselves, which has been a proven avenue for comedy. Mac would probably be devastated and lost, and Frank would have nothing to entertain him.
Fans need to see what would happen if the bar was taken from the gang, because who knows what unpredictable things they would do.
