It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia: 10 Worst Things The Gang Have Done
4. Kidnapping a Family and Destroying Their Home
One of the funniest things about these characters is that they are utterly oblivious to the destruction they create. Being massive narcissists means that they struggle to see beyond themselves, leading to some horrifying encounters, and this episode easily brings the worst of them.
The Gang Gets Extreme: Home Makeover Edition shows as The Gang hope to attain their dream houses, and believe that committing good deeds will help them with this goal. In order to do good, they decide to renovate the Juarezes' family home and treat them to a real American experience.
Sadly, this is not how the situation plays out, as the Juarezes' don't speak English, and when Dee/Mac take them away to give them a "cultural makeover" the family are convinced that they are being kidnapped for malicious purposes. Things don't go well with the renovation either, as the Gang's remaining members know nothing of construction and simply end up destroying the home.
Although they intended to help, they ended up traumatising a family and destroying their house. Thankfully, in a fit of karmic justice, the Juarezes' inherit the Reynold's mansion instead of Dee.
