8. It Gets Better By The Season
As amazing as "Louie" already is, I firmly believe that it has yet to reach its prime. Up until this point, each season has topped its predecessor, with season three being one of the finest pieces of television in recent memory. The storytelling has matured greatly, and it's starting to extend throughout multiple episodes, which is something the program hasn't done before. While most shows would be losing momentum at this point, everything is lining up for this one's next season to be its strongest. C.K. is delaying the series' return for a year so he can have some more time to perfect his work, but when it returns, show runners beware.
