2. Louis C.K. Controls Every Aspect
On "Lucky Louie", C.K. had a writing staff helping him along the way. This time around, after pointing out how much he dislikes working with other writers, Louis handles it all himself. Not only does he write everything, he also directs every episode, edits most episodes, and executive produces the series. All of this, as well as the fact that he's the star, ensures that his artistic vision will never be faltered. Even FX, despite not being a pay channel, doesn't step in the way. As long as Louis sends them some quality TV, they air it. Sounds like a sweet deal to me.
