Lucifer: Every Season Finale Ranked Worst To Best (So Far)

Season 4 felt like a fresh start for Lucifer. The jump to Netflix benefitted the series greatly and this new era was kicked off by the strongest season to date and closes out with the best finale so far.

With the amount of running plot threads that this season had to cover it's really impressive how this finale manages to give satisfying payoffs for them all. Amenadiel and Linda having a baby, Father Kinely's prophecy, Eve's return to Earth, Chloe accepting Lucifer as the Devil - all this and more gets addressed without the episode ever feeling bloated.

Facing off against a hoard of demons was also a fresh idea for the show. While supernatural threats had been present before it was never on this scale and it leads to one of the best action pieces in the series as several characters team up to take them down.

There's plenty of other highlights such as Lucifer and Chloe's goodbye, Eve and Maze's bittersweet farewell and Ella regaining her faith. These quieter moments add some more emotion to an otherwise intense and action-oriented episode.

As if that wasn't enough there's even fully choreographed dance number to open the episode. What more could anyone want from a finale?
