And finally, we have the potentially series-redefining reveal in the final moments of the season, that Mariah left Harlem's Paradise to Luke in her will, expecting that he'll be seduced by the power that comes with it and become Harlem's new crime kingpin.

It's an interesting twist for next season, that's for sure, with Luke appearing to be fully established as the suited-up "Godfather" of Harlem. This comes complete with a number of eye-rollingly ham-fisted references to the Francis Ford Coppola classic (including, most cringe-inducingly, a remake of the famous door-slam ending from the first Godfather film).

It remains to be seen how Luke will deal with his newfound power, but fingers crossed it'll make for an even more morally ambiguous third season.

What did you make of these WTF moments from Luke Cage's second season? Shout it out in the comments!
