Making A Murderer Season 2 Review: 2 Ups & 5 Downs
1. The Production Quality
The difference here in season two is that the show-makers had Netflix behind them from day one. Indeed, Ricciardi and Demos have openly admitted that it was an easier project to make with that money and backing behind them.
And it looks like they've taken advantage, with more gloss, more expansive shots and just generally higher quality across the board. At times, that ornation feels a little like it's papering over the cracks, but it at least all looks great as it's going it.
All-in-all, it's just not quite the same.
