Marvel's Iron Fist: 10 Things That Must Happen In Season 2

The second half of Iron Fist season one introduced Davos, Danny's former best friend from K'un-Lun who has grown bitter that he was passed over for the mantle of the Iron Fist. By the end of the season, his jealousy has spilled over into full-blown hatred and he is planning to kill his old pal. With Davos clearly set to be the major villain of season two, then, let's hope they go the whole hog and make him the Steel Serpent.

In the comics, Davos AKA Steel Serpent is Danny's nemesis. The serpent symbol that Madame Gao uses for her heroin packets usually belongs to him. That adds a complication to the character but they could easily get around it by having Davos become an acolyte of Gao's and take on the symbol himself.

Of course, Davos' descent into villainy is exactly the same character arc as that of Baron Mordo off Doctor Strange but, hey, if Marvel/Netflix are quick they can get season two out before Doctor Strange 2 hits cinemas.
