17. S. Jackson & F. Jones Mailboxes

With Jessica and Trish on the hunt of clues about the identity of Dr Leslie Hansen they head to her apartment and check the tenants' list to find which apartment is hers. In amongst her fellow inhabitants of the block are two names that stick out as cheeky little references.

In amongst those names are "S. Jackson", clearly referring to Nick Fury himself, Samuel L. Jackson, and "F. Jones" in honour of Finn Jones, who plays Iron Fist for Netflix. Less superhero-affilaited but definitely intentional there's also an appearance for "R. Kelly".

Clearly, the art department wanted to sneak in a couple of their own references.
