Marvel's Jessica Jones Season 2: 29 Easter Eggs You Probably Missed
5. What's In A Name?
Though the twist of the murderer being Jessica Jones' own mother is nowhere near as surprising as Netflix would like to think it was, it does at least offer some interesting drama.
It also means we get more of a look into Jessica's past after the assumed death of her parents. As part of the story unfolding, we discover that Jessica's middle name is Campbell - a somewhat odd choice, though it's a nod back to the comic book.
In the comics, Jessica was born Jessica Campbell and was adopted by the Joneses (the mother of whom is called Alisa, giving her name to the Netflix character).
