28. Claire Temple/Night Nurse
After running away from the hospital in Daredevil season 2 because they covered up the zombie attack incident, Claire Temple is back. She appears at the start of episode 5, gets mugged but chases the thief down, catches him and beats him up. She's no push-over.
She's also on Luke Cage's trail after treating him - or mostly failing to after Jessica Jones shot him. It's very much key to think of her as the bridge between all of the Defenders shows.
In Episode 11, during the hostage situation at Paradise, Sugar refers to her as "the Night Nurse", which of course is her comic book alternate name.
