Zip, Tone and big guy Sugar are basically just inter-changeable henchmen, who could quite easily have been played by a single character.

All are deeply flawed (why super-villains like Cottonmouth and Diamondback hire such mindless goons is just baffling), and all meet their ends just as you'd expect. Tone is thrown off a roof by Cottonmouth after betraying and then failing him; Zip over-steps by trying to kill Shades; and Sugar is caught by police and ends up crying in the precinct.

Other than that, they're not particularly memorable at all, aside from making stupid, plot-advancing decisions.
