Finest Moment: The wry smile at getting his hands on Diamondback.

In the comics Dr Burstein is actually a good guy, whose father was a Nazi scientist who sought to replicate the super soldier serum programme that made Captain America the man he is today. He's an experimenter himself too, creating both Warhawk and Luke Cage (albeit by accident), and remaining a supporting figure to Cage long-term.

In the show, he's more of an antagonist: the personification of science over-reaching and not caring about the consequences. This remains pretty ambiguous for most of the show but by the end his questionable methods give way to outright villainy when he's revealed to be working on Diamondback.

Sadly, he's not very memorable, but the twist actually requires that, so he gets a let off.
