Marvel's Luke Cage Season 2: Ranking Every Major Character From Worst To Best

D.W. (otherwise known as Dee-Dub) has graduated to become Luke Cage's official merchandiser by the start of season 2, vlogging about his fights and selling t-shirts with comics-appropriate logos on them. For the earlier episodes of the season, then, he's mostly there to add some light-hearted material to the show.
His role evolves as things progress, though. When Bushmaster beats down Luke, their friendship is strained as D.W. profits off it by selling the footage to TV networks. Later on, it's D.W. who becomes the moral voice of the two, as he reacts with disgust that Luke is considering stepping into Mariah's shoes to become the new king of Harlem.
With Bobby Fish sadly being written out after a few episodes, D.W. effectively becomes Luke's voice of reason, reminding him what Pop would have wanted him to do. Speaking of, season 2 ends with D.W. deciding to reopen Pop's barber shop himself, showing how he's matured since season 1.
