Marvel's The Defenders: Every Character Confirmed So Far

Confirmed By: Revealed onstage at a Marvel TV panel at New York Comic-Con last year.

Plot Predictions: Although only known as Alexandra for now, we do know that Sigourney Weaver will be the Big Bad of The Defenders, which means she has to be someone very impressive.

It's been said that she is a new creation, but there are still (plausible) theories she'll be a gender-swapped version of Alexander Bont, the first Kingpin of Hell's Kitchen.

Regardless of whether she's from the comics or not, Alexandra will be the main foe that the Defenders have to take down, which means she's almost certainly at the very top of the Hand (because this series really needs to draw that arc to a close). So while Elektra operates on the street level, fighting them, Alexandra is pulling all of the strings, staying a few steps ahead of the heroes and bringing them, and New York City, down.
