2. Miles Morales
Something that annoyed a lot of fans when news broke about the new MCU Spider-Man film was that it wouldn't feature Miles Morales, the second Spider-Man of the Ultimate Comics, but rather yet again focus on Peter Parker. Many felt that going with Miles would have been more interesting than treading over the same well-worn ground with Peter, as well as aiding with the issues of diversity already discussed. At this point, a Spider-Man live-action TV series is a much more appealing prospect than another film franchise as it would allow the character, his rogues gallery and friends to be depicted in a more in-depth, serialised form, just as they are in the comics. So while Peter swings through New York in his upcoming solo movie, the ideal scenario would be to grant fans' wishes and make Miles the lead of his own TV series.
