misty knight Why must I explain this? Don€™t you have Wikipedia where you are? Misty Knight is one of the most awesome female characters in comics and its way beyond time that she got her due. Not quite a superhero, Knight has connections with characters and teams throughout the Marvel Universe, and just happens to be a better Batman than Batman. Misty Knight is a private investigator who deals with tough cases involving super powered criminals, with her deductive reasoning, considerable fighting skills, and a robotic arm and yes for the love of God a sidearm because, you know, she€™s not stupid. To Marvels credit, she has been featured in many stories and limited series over the years. As a female character she suffers from the same ebb and flow interest issues that even more prominent female heroes face. Maybe featuring her on live TV will help her break through as a character in the books. I know it couldn€™t hurt. Plus, the lack of diversity in terms of the shows main cast should be addressed eventually.
