20. Night Nurse
When Rosario Dawson was cast, the rumour mill spun out of control over who she could be playing: Elektra was the most likely, and there can't be anyone who would have guessed she'd end up playing Night Nurse.
In the comics, she's effectively a fixer, who Marvel superheroes go to see for a tune-up, though Dawson is actually playing a mesh of her and Claire Temple from the comics.
She of course used to be married to Luke Cage, who will appear in his own Netflix show in 2016, suggesting she might be the key to tying the shows together.
