Could the T-shirt that Karen Page wears in the very first episode when Matt Murdock takes her back to his apartment be a nod to The Thunderbolts?
She takes offence at the idea of wearing the tee, as she's not a Bolts fan, which might just be an in-joke by the writers. It could easily be seen as another reference to Elektra, and the casting off of the Thunderbolts t-shirt doesn't feel accidental in that respect.
Because of course, as one love interest Page wouldn't exactly get on with Elektra - a member of the 'Bolts team.
