As Matt sits waiting in the police station the shot frames a poster next to him on the wall that reads: "You don't have to reveal your identity to stop violent crime." 

Clearly that's not an accident (anyone who thinks any background detail in a TV show or movie isn't planned hasn't met any artistic directors), and it's hard to avoid the allusion the message carries to Civil War's central premise.

There's also a similar feel to Foggy's line about "guys with a mask have something to hide".
