Marvel's Daredevil Season 3: 9 Villains That Should Appear
5. Tombstone
Although Tombstone is commonly regarded as one of Spider-Man's many villains, he has - like many Spidey rogues - come to blows with Daredevil on more than one occasion. The villain featured prominently in Ed Brubaker's run on the character, where Matt travels to Portugal to thwart a suspected kidnapping, but the show need not venture to Europe to incorporate the criminal.
He is, after all, another one of Wilson Fisk's key enforcers, with skin as hard as stone and the personality to match. He had quite the key role on Spider-Man: The Animated Series too, so there's a general feel for the character already out there, one would assume. Granted, that version wasn't as dark or as violent as its comic book counterpart, but it's still a decent enough introduction to the mobster.
Again, the hitman formerly known as Lonnie Lincoln isn't the likeliest of candidates for an ancillary role in the show - certainly not in the way a character like, say, Bullseye is - but he's another villain ideally suited to provide Murdock with a physical challenge, and would further enhance Fisk's power in any potential Born Again scenario.
