Marvel's Daredevil Season 3: 9 Villains That Should Appear
4. Bushwacker
A character that, at this point at least, seems to be more ideally suited for a Punisher show than a Daredevil one, Bushwacker (Carl Burbank) emerged as an antagonist for Daredevil during the Nocenti/Romita Jr. run of the late eighties.
What's most interesting about the character, however, is that his roots lie heavily with the X-Men. A former CIA assassin turned mercenary, Bushwacker possesses the extraordinary gift of having a cybernetic arm that can transform into a functioning rifle. However, Burbank only accepted contracts that saw him kill mutants - a decision that led him to cross paths with Wolverine, and later Daredevil.
The two bested the erstwhile Agency man, but, upon his release, he linked up with Typhoid Mary and hatched a plan to take down Daredevil. He certainly harbours a massive disliking for the man in red (and black, occasionally), and it wouldn't be a massive stretch to see him crop up at some point later down the line.
The fact the character has so many links with the Punisher certainly makes him a great utility pick for the MCU, especially if it means Matt and Frank link up again in the future. As a Daredevil villain primarily however, he's got to be nailed for an appearance at some point. If not in this season, then in the next.
