"I mean, we're about to step onto a big proscenium stage here. And how do I know what proscenium means? Because I did theatre in summer camp..."

Oh, of course Foggy did theatre in summer camp. It's a fantastic line, but one that totally fits with the character and what we can imagine of his backstory. 

A proscenium stage, meanwhile, is essentially the area of a theatre the audience views, usually with a proscenium arch to frame it. So basically just a stage, really.
