As if being caged-up, having their blood drained, and their fingerprints burnt off weren't enough, things with the Hand's kids get even creepier as an alarm goes off in the hospital. 

Claire rushes in to find that one of their father's has been killed with a scalpel, which is weird enough, but the kids just proceed to stare out her, not moving or saying anything, before turning away to watch the approach of the Hand up the side of the building. 

Also, in terms of the creepy kids, was anyone else reminded of in-show movie The Bloodening from The Simpsons (or original film Village of the Damned)?
