After the attack on the hospital, kicked off by those creepy kids, a member of the Hand killed during the incident is brought in for examination. 

However, when they take off his shirt, there are a couple of very telling scars on his body. Immediately recognised by Claire as a Y-Incision, it's a sign that this body has already undergone an autopsy, meaning he's been dead before. 

Of course, while that's the big shocker here, just as weird and fun are the doctor's attempts to put this down as a "freak accident." Yes, a freak accident that leaves him with perfectly engineered scars identical to those you'd see after an autopsy. Sure.
