While this aspect of the premiere suffered a bit from the previously mentioned bizarre editing choices, there's no denying that music used in Inhumans is still top-notch.

The composer for Inhumans is Sean Callery, who previously served the same purpose for Marvel's Jessica Jones (the music of which was great in its own right.) With Inhumans, however, he had a bit more to work with in the form of a sixty-eight-piece orchestra, which is the largest he's ever had for a television show. And he made the most of it.

Epic orchestral pieces help set the mood for some of the biggest scenes and compliment the regal setting of Attilan perfectly. In fact, Callery was quoted as saying that Inhumans' score was "the most thematic I've been with any show... At its core, it's about a royal family, so there are some grand themes for the kingdom..."

Callery's score is so powerful that it even has an important role in the story when it's not being played. Like when Black Bolt arrives to a clothing store on Earth and is greeted by modern pop music. The disparity helps convey exactly how out of his element he is.

So, not only is the score in Inhumans fantastic, but is also serves as a subtle storytelling tool.
