Marvel's The Offenders: 10 Things You Need To Know

9. Marvel's MODOK: What It's About

MODOK would be deemed a unique character to head a television series, though, he’s actually pretty conservative when looking at his colleagues. The supervillain was created by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee, first appearing in Tales of Suspense #93 during September 1967. His name is an acronym for Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing.

The summary of the show is as follows from Marvel.com, “an egomaniacal Super Villain with a really big head and a really little body, struggles to maintain control of his evil organization and his demanding family.”

The protagonist was originally George Tarleton who was made into the cyborg by the organization AIM (Advanced Idea Mechanics). MODOK eventually overthrew AIM; more than likely the “evil organization” Marvel is referring to in their summary.

If you talk in a theatre I'm in, be prepared to get some pretty passive aggressive stares.
