Mayans M.C.: 9 Sons Of Anarchy Characters Season 3 Should Include
4. Venus Van Dam
Venus Van Dam made her first appearance in Sons of Anarchy's fifth season and immediately became a fan favorite. Actor Walton Goggins chewed up every second he was on screen, so much so that it was inevitable that Venus would return, which she did in seasons six and seven.
Through having her past explored, such as the abuse she suffered at the hands of her own mother and the truth behind her "nephew" Joey's parentage, Venus turned out to be quite a complex, sympathetic character rather than a mere punchline along the way. And, of course, her relationship with Tig opened up a conversation about how Tig's world isn't - to say the least - the most accepting of people like her.
If the Sons are going to be playing a bigger part in Mayans' third season, it'd be great to catch up with how their individual lives have changed, even if it's through small glimpses. (After all, Mayans should keep its focus on its own main cast, not simply become Sons of Anarchy 2.) As such, seeing Venus with Tig would be a welcome sight, particularly for the chance to see Goggins steal the show all over again.
