Moon Knight: 10 Things You Need To Know About The Disney+ TV Series

7. Moon Knight Could Feature Dracula And Tie Into Blade

Marvel Studios is still looking for a writer to pen Oscar-winner Mahershala Ali's Blade movie, so the project is clearly a long way off. However, with all the signs pointing to the Marvel Cinematic Universe embracing its spooky side, it appears fans can look forward to the groundwork being laid for the Daywalker's debut in Moon Knight.

It's been reported that the Marvel version of Dracula will also be making an appearance here, and while it's not specified whether it will be a cameo or something more, this is definitely a big deal.

Introduced in the pages of 1972's The Tomb of Dracula, he's become a formidable threat in the comic books over the years, even squaring off with the Avengers and X-Men at times. It's impossible to imagine Dracula appearing in Moon Knight without Blade being referenced in some way, and it's perfectly possible Ali will end up making his MCU debut on Disney+.

Marc Spector's origin story is grounded in the supernatural - his powers come via the moon God, Khonshu - and it seems Marvel is going for the version from his earlier stories rather than the violent Batman/Daredevil hybrid from the 2000s.
