5. There's No Gratuitous Nudity

Season one had an almost hilarious amount of gratuitous sex scenes where plot information was casually doled out (which some refer to as "sexposition"), making Game of Thrones' deference towards the nude human form seem positively conservative by comparison.

Though we all love a good gawk at an attractive young body, it was arguably distracting and vaguely patronising, while season two features only occasional glimpses of flesh and feels less trashy as a result.

Sure, we still get sex scenes and infrequent nudity when it feels organic to the scene, but nudity for its own sake is virtually non-existent this time around.
