New Jessica Jones Trailer: 16 Things You Need To See
15. Alias Investigations
We get further confirmation that the show will roughly follow the Alias comics, a series from the early 2000s. We see Jessica's P.I. work, played out as a twist on classic noir, as she lurks in the shadows and snaps pictures using a telephoto lens. The contrast between this and her butt-kicking superhero scenes recall the banality of Matt Murdock's law practice vs his Daredevil persona. Fans of the comics will also get a thrill seeing Jessica unwrapping and then setting up her Alias Investigations sign. As far as day-jobs go, Jones has always had one of the coolest (and most useful) in the Marvel universe so it's exciting seeing her agency at its inception.
Brydie is an Australian writer and performer living in London and she complains exactly the same amount about the weather as every other Australian living in London. Yes, that is her natural lip colour, no, she will not be taking any further questions at this time.
