11. What's Happening With The Police?
We saw hints in the first trailer that the season's arc would involve the police in some way. The NYPD in Daredevil were largely corrupt and in the pockets of organised crime. Will that characterisation hold throughout Jessica Jones and the other Hell's Kitchen based Netflix shows? It's hard to say at this point but it's clear they're playing a big part in this series. The first of several shots of police we see in this trailer shows a single officer, walking to the edge of a building, presumably planning to jump. It's clear from the voiceover that he's being controlled by a certain purple someone.
