2. Greg Pikitis Sneaks By Unnoticed
In the Season 2 Halloween episode, someone vandalizes the entire Parks department and Leslie suspects her arch-nemesis Gregg Pikitis. For a while it seems like she might be wrong about that, but at the very end it's revealed Gregg really did do it by disguising himself as a janitor. A flashback is shown of him sneaking by which you'd assume is new footage, but if you were paying attention earlier on, you can actually witness this happening.
A few minutes into the episode, long before it's known that someone has vandalized the office, Gregg can be seen slipping by dressed as a janitor with a fake mustache. It's in the very corner of the frame, and you're clearly meant to focus on Jerry being caught up in the fake spiderwebs, so it's virtually impossible that anyone would realize something's off unless they're looking for it. We all got fooled the exact same way Leslie did.
