Parks and Recreation is full of amazing characters, from April with her dark jokes and blank stares to Chris Traeger and his constant compliments and cheer. Other characters only appeared in one episode, but they added such a unique or funny personality that they deserve to be recognized for their role no matter how small. Here are 10 of the characters who appeared briefly, but were too good to forget!
10. Chipp McCapp
Chipp McCapp is a 17-year-old country singer seen in Season 6 Episode 19, "Flu Season 2". He's famous for hits like 'Beautiful Like My Mom (Support the Troops)' and the most poetic lyrics such as 'I bring the girls, you bring the beer, and the troops will bring the freedom'.
Andy and Leslie go to visit Chip when Andy secures him as the headliner for their Unity Concert. It's quickly apparent that he is a spoiled brat, throwing his Stackables at his father when he's told that there was no ham left and shooting him with a paintball gun just because he can. Leslie can ignore this until he makes the one mistake you should never make in the show, he insults Pawnee!
