10. Ada Thorne
Ada's importance on the show has varied from season to season. The only Shelby sibling to not be directly involved with the illegal family business, Ada serves as more of a moral compass to her brothers.
Her most prominent narrative influence was her secret affair with Freddie Thorne, who she ended up marrying and having a child with. It was a sweet and genuine relationship that helped show Ada's goodness. At the time, Ada was directly opposed to the rest of the family's illegitimate business, which put a strain on her relationship with her brothers.
As the show has gone on, Ada has matured into a more confident figure. She works with the legal aspects of Shelby Company Limited and acts as a confidante and friend to members of her family, especially Tommy.
It would be nice to see Ada more directly involved in the plot once again in Season Six, as she has always been a likable character and her honest love for her family makes her an endearing presence.
