Marvel TV may have already attempted to get a Damage Control series off the ground for ABC, only to fail in pre-production, but that doesn't mean the concept can't be returned to somewhere later down the line.
The premise, revolving around a unit created for the specific purpose of dealing with the fallout metahuman mayhem reeks on various locations, is a pretty interesting one, and would lend itself well to the MCU in the sense that we don't see many non-powered individuals get the spotlight. Not only that, a Damage Control show would also provide the perfect bridge to link the TV shows with their cinematic counterparts, and perhaps even show a different perspective of events that have long since passed on the big screen.
Throw in a cameo or two from some of the Avengers, and you have a brand new series ready and raring to go - especially if it ties into Spider-Man: Homecoming.
