Eagle-eyed fans may have noticed the Vote Saxon poster in the shot behind Freema Agyeman, but honestly, the closing lines of “I'm gonna be a doctor/I am the Doctor” are so clichéd that they are one line away from “I'm the Doctor and so's my wife!”
