Ranking Every Major MCU Netflix Villain From Worst To Best
23. Albert Rackham (Luke Cage)
Another scumbag from a main hero's past is Albert Rackham, who was a corrupt, racist guard at Seagate Prison while Carl Lucas (soon to be Luke Cage) was falsely incarcerated there.
Rackham was responsible for organizing an illicit, underground fighting ring at Seagate where guards bet on prisoners. And once you were in his pocket, he was not going to let you off easily, as evidenced by his treatment of Squabbles, Lucas' one friend at Seagate.
He's another pantomime villain, but also another one who is portrayed so well that he still makes a significant impact. He also gets bonus points for being directly responsible for the creation of Luke Cage, whereas Roscoe Sweeney's part in creating Daredevil was more indirect. Plus, his comeuppance is fitting and swift.
