24. Bride Of Nine Spiders (Iron Fist)
Madame Gao's Da Jue Zhan was one of the few highlights of season one of Iron Fist. And while the Veznikov brothers, who Danny faced in the first stage, failed to make anything resembling an impact, their successor in the tournament, Bride of Nine Spiders, was far more memorable.
While she may be an archetypal seductress, she's still a fairly good one, which comes down to Jane Kim's exceptional performance . She was so good, in fact, that she easily made the tedious first round of the tournament worth it.
What's more is that she has a memorable look and very nearly defeats Iron Fist with her charm alone. Clichéd, yes, but it provided a much-needed compelling moment in a show where those could be few and far between.
