21. Harold Meachum (Iron Fist)
Say what you will about Harold Meachum, but you can't say he wasn't interesting. His bizarre struggle with being a servant of the Hand made him sympathetic, but the fact that he was responsible for killing Danny Rand's parents made it clear that he was full-on villain.
That said, of all the main villains in the Marvel's solo Netflix series, Harold Meachum was easily the weakest. And that's honestly a shame, because there was real potential for him to be truly great.
However, while the character definitely fell short as a villain, David Wenham's fantastic performance does shine through, providing some genuinely entertaining moments. Sure, Harold's villainy was very over-the-top towards the end, but in a show that featured a lot of dull characters, that was much-welcomed. Hence, why he, Scythe, and Bride of Nine Spiders are some of the series' standouts.
