20. Davos (Iron Fist)
Speaking of Iron Fist villains, while Davos was only given a small amount of screentime, he was still one of the best-acted characters in the show's first season and had one of the most commanding presences.
What makes Davos complex is that his motives are arguably noble, and the only reason he's even a villain is because of his desire to kill Danny Rand. The two were once close friends, but Davos felt betrayed after Danny left K'un-Lun and lost his way.
Believing him to be a disgrace to the title of Iron Fist, Davos took matters into his own hands. His delivery is powerful, without being over-the-top, he's one of the most convincing characters in the show, and he should definitely be given more to do in season two.
