Ranking Every MCU Show From Worst To Best

7. Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.

MCU TV Shows Ranked
Marvel Television / Walt Disney Television

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. was the first MCU-based TV show to be brought to life when it premiered on ABC in September 2013.

Once Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. really got going, it became an enjoyable slice of spies and superheroes television.

At the get-go, though, one of the problems that the show faced was its sheer length. For the first five seasons of its seven-year run, the series put out 23 episodes per season - which meant that S.H.I.E.L.D. could become a daunting prospect as opposed to the more streamlined Netflix series that shortly followed.

Still, by the time all was said and done with S.H.I.E.L.D. last year, it had showcased a slew of famed Marvel Comics staples - from Life Model Decoys, to Inhumans, to the Kree, to time travel, and to characters like Ghost Rider, Quake and Mockingbird.

When Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. was on form, it was great. It's just that there were a few too many bumps in the road for the series to enter the top bracket of truly great MCU series.
