Though Ezekiel had the Mr. Fantastic-esque powers of stretching his body parts seemingly as far as he pleased, he only seemed to use said powers to impress his audiences at events like Believe and Capes for Christ rather than any actual hero work.

Not only this, but he is a huge hypocrite, as he spends his leisure time engaging in sexual activity with often numerous other men, and while it appears that he does a lot of work for children in poverty, this is a lie.
The boxes sent by Ezekiel around the world that were said to contain a polio vaccine were actually full of Compound V, shipped across the globe as commissioned by Homelander. Not only is Ezekiel a homophobic hypocrite, but he actively helped Homelander in the creation of the super terrorists.
