The song choice was a somewhat fitting one, as the advert (created by a new agency after the company utilised the same one for their 2007 and 2008 campaigns) focused exclusively on children, attempting to appear sentimental and remind viewers of their childhoods with the tagline of "remember how Christmas used to feel?" By adding :give someone that feeling" to said tagline, the implication was that through the purchase of the company's products, they could provide their offspring with an experience comparable to the ones they went through as children themselves. Though effective in this regard, the advert was ultimately a simple display of products once again, just like 2008's effort.
