7. Becoming Famous On Pluto
There is one thing you can definitely say about Jerry: he stands up for what he believes in... However wrong it may be.
In the episode Something Ricked This Way Comes, Jerry and Morty work on Morty's science project together. The project is a simple solar system model, or at least, it would be simple were it not for Jerry's strong insistence that Pluto be included as the ninth planet.
Despite this being scientifically inaccurate (as Pluto is a dwarf planet and one of many in the solar system), Jerry's support of Pluto being a planet gains the attention of the Plutonian government who take Jerry and Morty to Pluto for Jerry to be the spokesperson to the entire population.
Jerry becomes a world-wide celebrity, assuring the Plutonian people that Pluto is a planet even after learning that this was just a lie to allow huge corporations to mine all of Pluto's resources. Jerry is a master manipulator.
