Rick And Morty: 10 Most Dangerous Villains

8. Tammy Guterman

Tammy was simply a teenage schoolmate of Summer Smith, right up until she got engaged to Bird Person, Rick Sanchez's best friend.

And right up until she was revealed as an agent of the Galactic Federation, ambushing Rick C-137 at her own wedding.

There are any number of factors that make Tammy a dangerous villain on the show. For one, she's a cold-blooded killer on an authoritarian power trip. "Awesome, he resisted, so we can shoot him." That's the sort of line Federation Tammy spews.

Then there's the way in which she resurrects her dead lover, Bird Person, as Phoenix Person. Bringing him back as a soulless cyborg, a thing - that's just plain cold. In fact, as a deep cover agent, her entire wedding was simply a ruse to lure in Rick and other outlaws wanted by the Galactic Federation. Probably didn't have an open bar, either.

Keen-eyed Rick and Morty fans (are there any other kind) probably noticed Tammy well before she arrived as a semi-major character on the show. She first turns up in a cameo in "Meeseeks and Destroy" (you know, the Meeseeks box episode) as a friend of Summer. Smaller appearances continue in "Rick Potion No. 9" and then in "Ricksy Business," where she first expresses an interest in Bird Person.
